Overview


DWI's self-developed drainage system small flow measurement system (non-full pipe) has a laboratory measurement accuracy of ±2% and an actual working condition accuracy of over 95%. It is a high-precision flow online monitoring system suitable for common municipal drainage networks. It successfully solves the problem of non-full pipe flow online monitoring and provides a strong technical means for real-time and precise measurement and monitoring of municipal sewage. All the flowmeters produced by DWI have been calibrated by international standard flow test bench and each product is custom-made according to the on-site conditions (flow range, manhole size, flume situation).


The measurement system consists of an installation adapter, a multi-function rectifier box, functional sensor integration, a non-full pipe electromagnetic flow sensor, an overflow flow compensation sensor, a signal transmission module, and an independent power supply system (solar power, optional). The steady-state flow and adaptive flow metering can be achieved through the adapter system, and the flow measurement can be realized by the Faraday electromagnetic induction principle in both non-full pipe and full pipe flow states.

Application


It is suitable for demanding applications in sewage, industrial, landfill, and chemical fields; it can be used for precise measurement of small flow rates (such as monitoring illegal discharge).

Features


1) No bypass is required


2) The adapter and specially designed rectification box form the adapter (rectification) system, which solves the problem of installing electromagnetic flowmeters for measurement in narrow inspection wells


3) Wastewater flows into the detection system through the inlet pipe, and is rectified by the multi-function rectification box to achieve steady flow, enabling the flowmeter to achieve high-precision measurement


4) The configuration of the rectification box has fully considered emergency overflow, which can ensure that the sewerage drainage is not affected


5) The overflow flow compensation sensor is equipped, enabling the system to achieve high accuracy measurement even in overflow conditions


6) The independent power supply system ensures that the entire measurement system has uninterrupted and stable power supply regardless of weather conditions.


7) The multi-function sensor combination installed as needed can detect the liquid level, sludge accumulation, backflow, oil situation, etc. in the pipe and measurement system and provide timely alarm


8) The system's specially designed structure makes it easy to disassemble and the measurement device can be easily lifted out of the channel and cleaned without interrupting the flow


9) All parts are corrosion-resistant, and the system can work stably in the sewage environment for a long time, with a service life of 10 years
