雨污混流是困扰城市水环境治理的顽疾,而小区和建筑的雨污水管道长度是市政管网的5~10倍,形成混接的风险点远高于市政管网。上海、广州、南京、宁波等大城市的多个小区,经过多轮的雨污分流改造,仍不能实现彻底的雨污分流。据此,DWI提出小区雨污分流数字孪生解决方案,能够提供从源头到末端、从建设到养护的全生命周期雨污分流管理,从而使彻底的雨污分流成为可能。
Stormwater and wastewater mixed flow is a persistent issue in urban water environment management. The length of
stormwater and wastewater pipes in residential areas and buildings is 5 to 10 times longer than that of municipal pipelines,
resulting in a much higher risk of misconnection compared to the municipal network.
Despite multiple rounds of stormwater and wastewater separation projects in major cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing,
and Ningbo, many residential areas still cannot achieve complete separation.
Based on this, DWI proposes a Digital Twin Solution for Stormwater and Wastewater Separation in Residential Areas, which provides full lifecycle management of stormwater and wastewater separation—from source to end, from construction to maintenance—making complete separation of stormwater and wastewater achievable.
1、实施路径:
Ø 小区出口移动监测+水量平衡
对小区出水节点井建立物联网监测系统,通过连续3~6个月(覆盖不同特征的降雨)流量的实时精准监测(同步配合水质的取样检测)和混接诊断算法分析(DC入渗入流分析软件),结合小区排水户的用水量数据进行供排水水量平衡分析;分析小区管网的破损和混接程度,量化管网外水和混接水量,指导小区管网排查、修复和整改措施的实施,并跟踪评估工程措施的实施效果
Ø 智能排口
基于物联网感知和无线网络数传的智能排口装置主要利用 PLC 可编程控制器根据液位传感器和雨量传感器传递的信息自动控制液压闸门启闭,液位传感器优先雨量传感器控制,并具有远程监控和 GPS 定位功能,实现雨水管网“晴天不出水、雨天无污水”的防治目标。
Ø 小区管网数字孪生
基于“GIS+BIM+IoT”的数字孪生技术利用云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能、遥感、数字仿真等技术,对物理单元全要素和相关治理管理活动全过程进行数字映射、智能模拟和前瞻预演,支撑业务各项功能的实现。小区内部排水系统数字孪生GIS系统主要关注小区排水管网(雨、污、合流)及出水智能截流井bim模型,可指导小区内部的雨污分流和破损修复。
